Heavy Tackle day saw Black Marlins at Linden Bank
7.30 deprture today saw a great group of 4 heading out to Linden Bank to find the Black Marlin's. In moderate conditions sitting around the 15 knot mark, the nicest weather we have been having, it was a good day to be out.

It was a slow morning with the bite not turning until lunch. This then included:
- The head only of an approx 50 pound Yellow Fin Tuna was brought in. Those sharks can be quite sharp out on the bank.
- 4 bites from Marlins for the day
- 1 hooked up was of a Black about 700 pounds. He put on quite a display with beautiful jumps and leaps for all to see but we lost him.
- 1 Black Marlin was also tagged for the day. This one was only small about 100 pounds.
It was a great day for this group who enjoyed the thrill of the chase and the opportunity to see the well talked about Black Marlin.
Well done Bill and your anglers.
